- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been with Janine's agency since she first opened up in Port St Lucie something like over ten years ago. The reason I've stayed all these years is because whenever something comes up in my life her office is always working with me and keeping it simple and making sure I'm taken care of. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had insurance with this agency on 2-3- cars for over 10 years, raised my policy, obligating me to have an auto monthly payment, refusing to give me credit for my son's excellent College Grades, very unprofessional individuals, racist and out of touch , for years I tried to switch Insurance companies and made it very difficult for me until I hired A lawyer and finally cancel then , My brother also canceled his insurance policy on his 3 cars due to similar reasons, these people do not care, I have wrote them many e-mails so I can get my refund the owe me so far no answer from their part..
