- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Word of advice - make sure they don't pull a fast one on you. The clerk lost the settlement/stipulation form somewhere therefore it was not filed. Even though I took MY copy to the administrator at first they wanted to charge me 10 dollars for filing out a voluntary withdrawal form. I told them that's not what I want - the clerk should have filed (scanned) the settlement form. Everybody makes mistakes but they wanted me to pay them for messing up their job. That is just not right. This one eventually ended positive and my copy was accepted...but be aware. Keep your copies and insist on your right!By M G, October 18, 2016
