- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We've had fraudulent charges on our checking account twice within a two month time period so we're changing banks. Both times were not a result of our using our debit card but by a security issue with PNC. We had to do all the legwork on our end to investigate the fraud and PNC was of very little help.
