- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service, very snooty employees. Had to have the same spot on my bracelet fixed 3 times - charged full price each time even though they obviously were slacking on the repair. Was told by one employee I could exchange a watch I had bought there, when I got there another employee told me I couldn't exchange it even though it was still brand new in box.. I chose them thinking they would be a small business, community jewelry store interested in forming long lasting relationships with their loyal customers, nothing could be further from the truth. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was referred by a friend to come in and look at engagement rings for my fiance. My friend definitely pointed me in the right direction. Joyce and Larissa were great and took the time to put together the perfect ring in my price range. I expected to pay an arm and a leg. Let's say I walked out with both still attached and a very happy fiance. Thanks LSO! I'll continue paying it forward, stop by LSO you won't be disappointed.By shnick1990, January 05, 2017
