- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was most fortunate to have been referred to the law firm of Cushnie & McMahon in Port St. Lucie, Fl. after I was involved in an auto accident, when an 18 wheeler changed lanes without looking and rammed into me. Never in my life had I sued anyone and I did not have any idea of what to expect. From my first consultation up to the closing of my case, I was left with the highest of respect for this law firm. They are of the up-most professionals (and that includes all staff members), caring, compassionate and extremely understanding. I was made to feel as if mine was the only case they were handling due to the time they take to explain detail by detail of what one cans expect. I know my case was not "huge" but they treat all cases the same...with empathy to their client and a true interest for one's well-being. I cannot say enough of Cushnie & McMahon and at times "Thank You" is not enough.
